Is Buckeye Family Health accepting new patients?
Yes. We welcome new patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Please call our office at 740-689-9860 to get started. We are contracted with Medicaid and CareSource but are not accepting new patients on those plans at this time.
What ages do you care for?
Our physicians are board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, so we care for patients of all ages, from newborns and children through adults and seniors.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We are contracted with most major Ohio insurance carriers, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Medicare, OSU Health Plans and United Health Care. We are contracted with Medicaid and CareSource but are not accepting new patients on those plans. We cannot see patients with Molina, UHC (formerly Unison), Paramount, Buckeye Community or other Medicaid Managed Care plans. See our Accepted Insurance page for the full list.
How do I access the patient portal?
You can log in to the patient portal at buckeyefamilyhealth.mymedaccess.com/login to message the office, view records and manage your care.
What should I bring as a new patient?
Please complete the New Patient forms in advance and bring them to your appointment along with your insurance card(s), copay, a list of current medications, vaccination records and custody paperwork if applicable. Forms are available on our Patient Forms page.
